Served with 3rd Battalion 7th Marines for 3 tours during Operation Iraqi Freedom (2001-2006). Was part of the main force that made up the 1st Marine Division that moved swiftly to Baghdad. Attained the rank of Sergeant and seperated to accomplish other goals in life.

I started my military career by serving 10 years in the U.S. Navy and then transferring over into the U.S. Army. I received my commission in 2002 and became an Explosives Ordnance Disposal Officer in 2003. While in the Navy, I served during Operation Desert Shield/Storm. In the U.S. Army I completed 2 tours to Iraq as an EOD officer. I am currently a Major as a Nuclear and Counter-proliferation officer in Eglin, Florida. I am planning to finally retire in 2021.

Served during Desert Shield, Desert Storm. Flew on the Perfect Storm & TWA search and rescue (recovery). Flew on the HH-3F Pelican, HH-60 Jay Hawk, and was HU-25 Falcon. Received USCG Coast Guard Achievement Medal and various other medals and ribbons. Proud USCG Veteran.
