I didn't graduate at CMR but was there for sophomore and junior years before moving back to Seattle area. I spent 17 years in the Marine Corps and 8 years in the Washington Army National Guard. I served in Iraq 2004-2005 with the National Guard and retired in 2006.

Went in on my 18th birthday, spent 10 years in the Infantry, 6 with the 82d Airborne, screwed my back up in 82 and was reclassed into administration. Made Sergeant First Class/ E-7 and did 2 years as a First Sergeant, 2 years as an Inspector General (IG) in1993 selected as the 6th Army NCO of the year, retired in 1994. Became a government contractor. In 2007 went to Iraq as the assistant PM (GS-15E) for the Bagdad ER, did 54 months because our youngest son was there as a 19D (Cav Scout) left in December of 2011. Once back in Colorado took a GS-11 position as the Hospital Housekeeping Officer at Evans Army Hospital, retired June 6th of 2021.
