This was in celebration of West Virginia Centennial some of our 1963 grads was among this group Roy McCase Rodney Bonnell Jim Mattern William (Biff) Jones to name a few. After ceremonies on the Capital steps processed through Beckley.Then flight to Lackland AFB San Antonio Texas for Basic.Forward 1965 TDY to Danang Ab RVN in support of 479th TFW F-104s .Forward 1966-67 8th Aerial Port SQ.Tan Son Nhut AB RVN Operation Junction City,Mobility to Phan Thiet. Back to Travis AFB discharged to a parade of welcoming public NOT!!!

Selected as Intelligence NCO of the Year for Air Force Special Operations Command in 1992 and 1997 and NCO of the Year (Command-Level) for Air Force Special Operations Command in 1992. Retired from active duty on 31 December 2006 with 20.5 years of service.
