I am Retired AD-1 of the Navy. I did 7 yrs. on Active Duty and 20 yrs. in the Reserves as an Aircraft Mechanic and Air Crewman. I flew on H-1 helicopters and got some stick time where I actually got to fly it on maintenance flights. I flew all over the planet on P-3's flying with the NOAA team flying to Hawaii, Alaska, Iceland, Greenland, Scotland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and other parts of the world. While in the Reserves I flew on C-9's and flew to Japan, Spain, Italy, Greece, Buenos Aires and Rio de Janiero and other islands.

Yes, the Urinal Bomber went on to honorably serve his country for 10 years in the Army. He joined the Army in 2003 as an infantryman and was chosen to become a Mortarman. He deployed to Afghanistan in 2004-05 with the 2-35 Cacti 25 INF Division, Hawaii. A few years later he would deploy to Iraq in 2007-09 with the 1-27 Wolfhounds 25 INF Division. Then came the cruel PCS from Tropical Hawaii, to Upstate New York. There he was deployed back to Afghanistan in 2010 with the 2-22 INF Triple Deuce, 10th Mountain Division, New York. From there he PCSed to the land of OZ, Kansas. He was stationed with the Big Red 1, 1-28 INF Black Lions. This is where his career would change as he would find out that with his multiple deployments and long training, his body was being broken down. He was honorably medically discharged in May of 2013, and now resides in Northern Michigan.
