Served as a security policeman during Operation Just Cause 1989, and Air Force weather forecaster attached to Army aviation brigades for two tours in Iraq.

William "Bill" Morgan
Class of 1988
Army, 20+ Years
William Morgan entered Active Duty Service with the US Army in 1992 as Cavalry Scout (Recon). He attained the enlisted rank of First Sergeant (E-8) in 2007 and was later commissioned through the Officer Candidate Program in August 2007. He is currently serving as a Troop Commander in the US Cavalry and has deployed to Iraq twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Captain Morgan is a local resident of Wildomar, California who left Elsinore in 1992 to join the Army in service to his country. Captain Morgan continues to serve on Active Duty and his assignments have included: 4th Infantry Division, 82nd Airborne Division, 2nd Infantry Division, 3rd Armor Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Commando (Combat Advisor), and Recruiting Command. Captain Morgan has completed an Associate of Art in Liberal Study and a Bachelor of Art in History.

Our Elsinore High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done! Not everyone gets to come home for the holidays and we want our Elsinore High School Military to know that they are loved and appreciated.
