Critically wounded in VietNam in December of 1967. He had only been there for three months when he was shot. Spent much of his life continuing the recovery process. Now lives in Bradenton, Florida.

Served in Operation Desert Storm, Operation Eager Mace (Kuwait), Operation Desert Stay, (Iraq), Operation Nautical Mantis (Persian Gulf), Operation Restore Hope (Somalia), Operation Wildfire (Wenatchee, WA forest fires) and participated in 11th MEU and 13th MEU nontactical operations in Hawaii, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thialand, Australia, Oman, Guam, Kenya, Peru, Alaska, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Greece, Italy, Morocco, Phillipines, Kuwait, and the middle east.
