Catherine H. Kessler, 74, of 650 North Jefferson St., Roanoke, formerly of Vinton, passed away Monday, November 25, 1996.
She was the widow of J. Tilman Kessler.
She was a charter member of Lynn Haven Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Michael W. and Nancy H. Kessler, Decatur, Ala.; granddaughters, Kari and Kristi Kessler; a brother, H. Francis Hill, Hurlock, Md., a devoted companion, Joyce Holdren.
Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Vinton Chapel at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 27, with the Rev. Dr. Ray Allen officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to Lynn Haven Baptist Church. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
