Angela “Angie” Hawley Chaszar, 49, of Vinton, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 3, 2017. Her brother, Jeffrey Hawley, preceded her in death. Angie was born in the old Shenandoah hospital of Roanoke; to Shirley and Roger Hawley of Vinton. In addition to her parents she is survived by her three daughters, Brittany, Abby and Morgan Chaszar; two grandchildren, Haley and Grant LaPradd; and one on the way. She also leaves behind her boyfriend of many years, Gary Martin; and her Pomeranian, Charlie; numerous other family members and friends including her best friend, Melissa Beaman. Angie’s main joys in life were her children and grandchildren; her daily walks with Gary and Charlie; and she loved to cook. Although she persevered through many challenges in life; she remained optimistic about her and her children’s futures. She is now at peace and in the loving hands of the Lord. Family and friends will gather at the Woodland Place of Vinton on Wednesday, June 14, 2017, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM celebrate her life.
