| About Me | I went to Garrison Jr High and only half a year of 10th at Wa-Hi before moving to Anchorage, Alaska where I graduated. Since high school I've spent 10 years in the Air Force where I was stationed in Turkey and Germany outside of the US and in Colorado and California a couple of times. I've worked in communications, satellites and even got to be part of unmanned rocket launches while at Vandenburg AFB in California. I lived and worked just outside of Washington DC for 8 years (worked at a satellite company, MCI and Voice of America) and then moved to Charlotte, NC to work for another satellite company. I was divorced from my first wife of 16 years (had one daughter who is 45 as of 2020), met another woman online that lived in the Portland, OR area in 1986 but didn't get serious until 1989 and we married on new years eve 1990. I moved to Hillsboro, OR and we have been married for 30 years now. I've done a lot over the years but two things have stayed constant from school... I've loved photography since I was about 6 years old and learned a lot from the Gray sisters that taught photography in Jr. High and High School and have take a lot of pictures over the years, made money at it, been published and won awards. My second love was electronics, which I have stayed with over the years and jumped into computers in 1979 and never looked back. Lots of fun times in the early days of computers.
