40th Reunion Celebration!!!
Our 40th Reunion has been set for May 29-31, 2015. Below is a price list for the weekend for those of you who want to participate and the deadline for the monies to be paid.
All dues for 2013 plus the cost of the event for the entire weekend will be $190.00 for the class members. If you are only going to participate either Friday or Saturday the cost is $155.00. (This price includes your commemorative reunion tee shirt and any guests for Saturday’s event) Additional guests for Friday nights’ banquet will be $35.00 each guest. *** Payments made toward dues will be deducted from the total. Half monies are due by March 29, 2015. With the balance due to be paid by May 16, 2015. Sunday’s dinner price is not included.
Friday’s Events include:
Place of Banquet: Bishop State, Baker-Gaines Campus Cafeteria
Time: 6 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. Meet and Greet
7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Banquet
9:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. Dance (B.Y.O.B., setups provided)
11:30-12 midnight Cleanup
Attire: Semi-Formal **NO JEANS**
Meet and Greet: Wine, Coke, Sprite, Water, Fruit Trays, Cheese Tray, Vegetable Tray, Napkins, glasses, tablecloths, and plates will be furnished by the class
Security: 5:30 p.m.- 12 midnight Furnished by Class of 75
Saturday’s Events include:
Family and Friends Picnic
9:45 a.m. Meet in the Front of Vigor High School to go to Gulf State Park Pavilion in Gulf Shores.
10:00 a.m. Leave Vigor for Gulf Shores
11:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Gulf Shores Gulf State Park Pavilion for Family and Friends Picnic
Sunday’s Events include:
5th Sunday Church Service (Church TBA)
Dinner immediately following Church (Place TBA)
