Spent 9+ years in the Navy Submarine force and when his contract expired he joined the Army as an 11B (Infantryman). He is currently serving with 2ID 9th Infantry Regiment at Campy Casey, Korea. His follow on assignment is 1st Armored Divison, Fort Bliss, TX where he will deploy in Jan of 2009.

Discharged and joined the OH Nat'l Guard serving 11+ yrs. in the 107th Arm'd Cav., Ravenna, Cleveland, & Canton and State Hqdrs., Columbus. Re-entered active duty 7/85 in Active Guard & Reserve (AGR)status at National Guard Bureau (NGB), Wash. DC. Served 18 more yrs. on active duty in Edgewood, MD; the Pentagon; Ft. McPherson, Atlanta, GA; Kaiserslautern, Germany; back to NGB in Alexandria, VA; and finally retired in 2002 at the rank of Colonel after a tour as the Nat'l Guard advisor to the J-4 (logistics) of the Joint Staff, Pentagon.
