Please plan on attending our 40th reunion over the Labor Day weekend 2011. 9/2/11 Friday. night 8PM, cash bar/mixer at RAV's Creekside Tap and Grill.in the Twins Plaza on Route 91 in Twinsburg...Live Band, Drink Specials, Billiards, Corn hole toss and outdoor bar on the back deck. 9/3/11. 8PM to Midnight- Sock hop in the gym ( TBA) Snack bar will be open. Wear your best f0's or 70's attire!!!
9/4/11 NOON in. The Party Room at Mandarin Seafood buffet for the. AYCE. Buffet including crAb legs for $$12/ person. ( Oin the plazA next to Gander Mpuntain at the intersection of I 480 and Rte 91 in Twinsburg.)

Hi everyone! It's getting closer!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just 3 weeks from yesterday!!
It's on "Classmates," it's been in the Bulletin twice, and it's on the THS Alumni site.............have you seen the notices??
Have spoken to several people and have some updates for you all.
PPPLLLEEEAAASSSSEEE pass this news on to any and all who graduated between 1966 and 1970 from the great RBC!!!
I have secured a block of rooms at the beautiful Hilton Garden Inn here in town. It is our best hotel, and I have no idea how many of you will need a room, but thought I'd arrange it anyway. They gave me a good price! Their normal $109 rooms for just $79. You have to call in your reservations yourself, and quote "Twinsburg High School Class Reunion" in order to get the deal. Their # is 330-405-4488. (That's right! Twinsburg has gotten so big, we now have more than one phone prefix.....no more HArrison-5 exclusively. 405, 487, and 963 are all Twinsburg's exchanges, plus 425, of course!)
We do also have the Twinsburg Comfort Suites, 330-963-5909, and the Twinsburg Super 8, 330-425-2889. Neither of which returned my phone call to arrange a special rate, but are certainly available. Oh, and yes, the Blue Top and Twinsburg Inn Motel are still in business as well on Ravenna Rd.
October 3rd, Friday night, is the Homecoming game vs. Valley Forge. I've been informed that there is an Alumni banner, so maybe we can all arrange to sit together near it? Also, I'm going to try and contact with the band

Multi-year Reunion 1966-1970
Hi to all!
This is the first attempt to gather a committee who wants to work on a 5-year (1966-1970) R. B. Chamberlin H.S. graduation reunion. It is my 40th anniversary this year, and our class has not held a reunion since our 20th in 1988. I know the classes of 1966 and 1967 did not hold a 40th either of their years.
Kathy (Linderman ’69) Ranallo and I have spoken, and it was her idea to maybe try and include more classes together, and make it a very informal kind of weekend, where folks could just drop-in to any of the events, without a lot of $$$ or commitment being involved.
We thought we’d try and schedule it around Twinsburg High School’s Homecoming this October. That would take care of Friday evening, anyway, then maybe a picnic on Sat., maybe golf or bowling?
I guess the biggest thing at this point, would be to see who has what people’s contact info. We’d need someone to kind of be the gathering source….someone who has computer access that can gather addresses and keep a database.
So who’s on board? Sound interesting to all you RBC alums out there? If we each pass this on to others we know who graduated these years, maybe it will snowball to include us all???
Let me know if you’d like to help on the committee to plan it, or just attend, or tell me to go jump in a lake, that you’re totally not interested, or whatever! It’ll be good to hear from you.

Tom Nelson class 1969: Teacher
Tom Nelson, of the class of 1969, is now teaching highschool science in CT. Tom held records in track and crosscountry while in highchool. He coached track & field in upstate NY from 1986-1998.

HOMECOMING 2006
Homecoming weekend will be October 6-7, 2006. The football game is Twinsburg vs Brush. The Alumni Marching Band will perform at halftime.
