Hey to all of you Badgers. Went to welding school after graduation and have always worked in CA or Las Vegas, and some jobs in PHX. In 2006, while working a large job in Las Vegas, I had an accident while off roading with friends in the dunes on the border of CA and Nevada. My entire life changed in just a few seconds. I have been riding for at least 20 years with no problems. April 2006 I had an accident that has left me a quadriplegic and forever in a wheelchair. Also suffered a TBI that has resulted in slurred speech, inability to use hands, and impaired my sight. I'm not looking for any sympathy because I have accepted it and make every day the best it can be. My biggest wish is to have a van so I can get out for more than medical appointments. My mom and daughter have a gofundme campaign in the works so please check it out. Just found out that Tucson Alumni Assoc. does some fundraising through events like golf tournaments, etc. If any of you can help me out with something like that, I would be forever grateful.
