Teresa Marie Elvins, age 64 years. Teresa was born July 11, 1957, to Fred and Mildred Pogue in Council Bluffs. She passed away October 25, 2021, in Council Bluffs. Teresa was a lifelong resident of Council bluffs and worked for the school district for many years. She is survived by her husband, Leon Elvins, II; children, Leon (Sue) Elvins III, Corona Marie (Darrell) Moss, Jessica Ann Elvins, Kathryn Michelle (Chad) Robinson; grandchildren, Skylee and Max Robinson, Molly Elvins, Nicholas Moss; great granddaughter, Amara Elvins; sisters, Peggy, Barb and Mona; other loving family and friends.
