Roberta J. Cowgill, age 87, passed away on February 13, 2023, in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Roberta was born June 23, 1935, to the late Herbert and Lucille Graybill, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She was a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School. Roberta was a homemaker in McClelland IA, raising her four children.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, James; son, James Jr..; 2 brothers and 1 sister.
She is survived by son, Harry (Paula) Cowgill; daughters, Lorie Smurphat, Julie Ramsdale; brother, Victor (Joanne) Graybill; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
Funeral Service Friday 10:00 a.m. at the Maher Funeral Home. Interment Cedar Lawn Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
