Donald D. "Buzz" Hastie Sr., age 63, passed away June 22, 2018, at CHI-Mercy Hospital.
Don was born February 23, 1955, in Omaha, Neb., to Harold and Maxine (Chaney) Hastie. He was united in marriage to Terry Wiles on July 11, 1975 and worked at H & H Automotive.
He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Bonnie Brillhart, Nancy Hastie, Patricia Narmi; brother, Larry Hastie.
Survivors include his wife of almost 43 years, Terry; daughter, Amy (Josh) Andrews; sons, Donnie (Jamie), Darrel (Hilary); 11 grand-children; siblings, Harold "Butch" (Debbie) Hastie, Ronald "Heavy" (Dorothy) Hastie, Sandy "June" Love, Barbara Francis, John "Toby" Hastie; nieces and nephews.
Visitation, Tuesday, 6 to 8 p.m., funeral service, Wednesday, 11 a.m., all at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel. Interment, Memorial Park Cemetery, with luncheon to follow at Walnut Hill Reception Center. Family will direct memorials.
