About Me	I married my college sweetheart(Konni) right after graduation in June of '89. We decided to remain in Tennessee and make our home and careers in the mountains of southern Appalachia. I have been teaching high school science in Claiborne County, TN since September 1989. We have 2 girls...Kaitlin and Savanna. Konni is a quality Assurance Manager for Pfizer Pharmaceutical. Update 2023: I'm retiring from teaching in the next two years. My wife switched from Pfizer to DHL. Our oldest daughter, Kaitlin, did an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN. She went to medical school at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY. She is specialized in Psychiatry and is finishing her 3rd year of residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in Portsmouth, VA. She is a Lieutenant in the US Navy. Our youngest daughter, Savanna is a junior Environmental Science major at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN. She will graduate in May 2024.
