DO NOT MAKE INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS WITH THE RESORT cost includes 3 night stay @ WESTGATE BRANSON RESORT/ Hospitality Dinner Party / 3 shows / Lunch-boat ride / picnic / group photo / t-shirt / gift bag !!! REUNION WEEKEND ITINERARY: Thursday 4:00 pm CHECK-IN everyone traveling in Thursday 6:00 pm ‘MEET-n-GREET’ Dinner Party @ Eagle Nest Hospitality Room – we have this hospitality room for our group each day until 12 midnight – Friday 11am - 3 pm PICNIC @ RESORT Outdoor Pavilion ~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~ (Catered Picnic around the cook-out area outdoors / pool / golf, etc.) Friday 5:00 pm GROUP PHOTO - Location TBD Friday 6:30 pm MOTOWN DOWNTOWN SHOW Saturday 11:00 am BRANSON BELLE SHOWBOAT - Lunch/Show Saturday 3:00 pm MOSES the Play (must leave straight from showboat) Saturday 7:30 pm COMEDY HYPNOSIS Sunday 10:00 am CHECK-OUT – free time / shop / explore Branson - everyone traveling back home NO CHANGES TO SCHEDULED SHOWS WILL BE ALLOWED We must have a group of 20 or more for each show to keep our rates and reservations for these shows - Each person is accounted for these shows. TRANSPORTATION NEEDS: We have a party bus reserved for those needing transportation from Kansas City. This bus will supply all your transportation needs to/from and in Branson. We must have 33-35 people to sign up and pay for the bus before our deadline of July 30.. The party bus is NOT included in registration cost… the cost is $ 80.00 per person We will also have a bus in Branson for those driving to accommodate very limited parking at scheduled events – at additional cost of $25-$30 each (based on 55 passengers). FUNDRAISER: We are having a raffle ticket fundraiser – this is a 'must have' to keep our reunion costs down. All classmates are asked to sell tickets to help make our 40th reunion a success. We ask that each classmate pay for a minimum of (30) tickets - ($60 upfront) and then sell the tickets for the drawing. Tickets are $2.00 each – You DO NOT have be present to win - Prizes are: Grand prize – 40”- 50” flat screen HD TV…. 2nd prize - HP laptop...3rd prize - Michael Kors handbag…4th prize - $100 gift card to Red Lobster.
