| About Me | College, Medical School, Residency, Fellowship in Oncology at the NCI, practiced oncology and infectious diseases in Daytona from 83-89, then was invited to join the oncology faculty at UoF in 1990. After that moved "up the academic ladder" Asst Prof USF College of Medicine Division of BMT (Bone Marrow Transplant) and ID (Infectious Diseases) USF/Moffitt, Tampa,Florida, Associate Director BMT Program Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, Professor of Medicine and Director of the Bone Marrow Transplant Program at LSU Health Sciences Center Shreveport (ironically my father's home town) until 2009 when I came home to Florida to rejoin the BMT faculty at the University of Florida and be closer to aging parents, son and daughter (the latter of home is a graduate of UF Veterinary School and practices in Deland).
