Upon completion of service, Rabie worked at Halifax hospital for over 20 years, as a Surgical Room Technician, before moving onto Flagler Hospital, in St. Augustine, Florida. Rabie's favorite past time, was Fishing, Movies, Old School Music and spending time with family, friends and his grandchildren.
