Senior Master Sergeant Samuel A. Graham, Jr. is Superintendent, Competitive Sourcing Office, 82d Training Wing. When he was Chief of Planning and Implementation for the 82d Communications Squadron, he was responsible for all activities related to planning and integration of communications-computer systems, deployment planning for communications systems and personnel, project implementation management, communications budget and financial management, and plans and agreement management for Sheppard Air Force Base and Frederick Municipal Airport, Oklahoma. His elements mission was to understand the needs of the people they served, translate and develop those needs into well-defined and validated requirements, and fulfill those requirements by identifying, obtaining, and implementing integrated and interoperable communications systems.
Sergeant Graham enlisted in the United States Air Force on 7 Feb 1974.
