As a LtCol, I enjoyed a great career in Electronics and Air Operations Center. I lived in Europe for 8 years and helped end the Cold War with the Cruise Missile Beddown Program. I am retired now in Yorktown VA and enjoy hunting with my dog Limo and riding my Harley with my wife Cristy. 2 sons graduated from VA Tech, daughter is a Soph, and remaining son is a Junior at W&M.

Served as a Hospital Corpsman for 10 years,graduating boot camp in San Diego,then was sent to my first duty station in Twentynine Palms,California at the hospital out there. After that, I traveled to Okinawa,Japan for four years of duty at their Naval Hospital. I decided to pursue the specialty of Radiology Technician,and returned to San Diego to accomplish that. From there was sent to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in New Hampshire to work as an x-ray tech for the remainder of my service time. I got out in 2003, and lived in Maine for four years before decided to relocate to Colorado last year.

NROTC scholarship from Redlands to the University of Washington. Graduated and commissioned an Ensign June 1970. Navy flight program 70 - 72. Flew jets (T-2; F-9; A-4; F-4 & A-7) as a Naval Aviator. Stationed at Naval Missile Center, NAS Point Mugu, CA; NAS Lemoore, CA; and one tour aboard the aircraft carrier USS Saratoga out of Mayport, FL (Med Cruise). Spent 8 years active duty and 13 years reserves (Navy Intel). Retired with 21 years as an O-5 (Commander).

Was in two A6-E Intruder squadrons where I was night crew Maintenance Controller and than moved into the Quality Assurance side of the house. Great times and great memories.
