Saturday, September 22nd: • What: Bar Night • Where: Thirsty Ernie’s o The bar is located at 1276 W Foxwood Drive in Raymore • Time: 730pm until closing • Food: We will be providing appetizers. Sunday, September 23rd: • What: Family Picnic • Where: Wallace Park at High Blue Wellness Center in Belton o The park is located by the Police Station at 16400 Mullen Road. • Time: 11am to 3pm • Food: We will be providing BBQ from the “Stack†for lunch. • Sides: To keep costs reasonable, we will be asking classmates to bring either a side or a dessert to the picnic. For example, you could bring a bag of chips. • Additional Items: o We will have a bounce house for the kids. o We will have a Sno Cone Machine. o We will also have 2 Caricature Artists on hand to draw pictures of you with classmates or your family from 11am to 2pm. There will be a family-friendly picnic at Raymore Park during the day. Ryan Antonides has volunteered to get the hamburgers/hotdogs/buns donated from Sonic. The class representatives will provide plates and utensils, as well as beverages (soda, water, juice boxes). We would like everyone else to bring some sort of side dish – chips, veggies, potato salad, dessert – to share. We will have access to the sand volleyball courts and ball fields, as well as playground equipment for the little ones. Bring your lawn chairs and be ready for some outdoor fun and games. A banquet room at the Clarion Hotel has been reserved for the adults-only evening event. There will be a buffet dinner and cash bar.
