Betsy Luzik
Class of 2006
Air Force, 8 Years
Served 8 years in the U.S. Air Force, stationed at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia, before being medically retired due to combat related injuries. Highest rank held was Staff Sergeant. SSgt Luzik served in Operation Enduring Freedom deployed to Bagram Afghanistan from 2010-2011. While deployed, SSgt Luzik served on a personal security detail for President Obama. SSgt Luzik was also awarded the Accommodation Medal, Achievement Medal, and Afghanistan Campaign Medal.
