Blaise S. Mo

Army, 20+ Years
Joined the Idaho Army National Guard after high school graduation as a medic, went to Officer Candidate School, then, after college graduation, to the Colorado Army National Guard where he was a Military Police Officer with assignments as platoon leader, company commander, and battalion commander. He was mobilized in 1991 as an operations officer at a EPW camp in Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Storm. He is now a USAR Colonel in Washington State with over 30 years of experience, pending retirement next year.

He was mobilized in 1991 as an operations officer at a EPW camp in Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Storm. He is now a USAR Colonel in Washington State with over 30 years of experience, pending retirement next year.

Graduated from ISU in 1961- School of pharmacy. 3 months later was recalled into the Army ( after 6 years in the National Guard) to Fort Lewis Washington during the Berlin crisis and in 1962 the Cuban music crisis all thanks to JFK. Permanent discharge this time. Went back to LaGrande Oregon for 6 years then onto Nampa Idaho for 45 years . Retired in 2011_after servicing for 50 years in pharmacy (In Reddish Pharmacy)

I trained as a Personnel Specialist and then retrained into Air Traffic Control after the civilian controllers went on strike during the Reagan administration and I spent the next 11 years in air traffic control and became certified as a supervisor in the control tower and also a radar final controller before separating in 1993
