Stationed on two submarines as a Reactor Operator and Reactor Controls Division LCPO, taught at Nuclear Power School, stationed on a nuclear cruiser as an Engineering Officer of the Watch and Ships Maintenance Officer, stationed on a submarine repair tender in Italy as the Quality Assurance Officer, and retired from the Navy after serving as a Deputy Shop Superintendent at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. I am currently the Deputy Production Training Administrator at the Yard

Two weeks after my 18th birthday I joined the U.S. Air Force. Basic training was at Parks Air Base. I completed 6 months of weather school at Chanute AFB, Rantoul, IL. I was then assigned to Walker AFB Strategic Air Command at Roswell, NM for about year. From there I went to Naha Air Base in Okinawa where I spent about 9 months. I spent my final 1-1/2 years at Fuchu Air Base in Tokyo, Japan at the 10th Weather Group headquarters.
