Upon graduation, that fall I got a major recording contract as a rock singer and songwriter. I was very fortunate to have the Nashville "A Team" to back me up, the same musicians and vocalists who backed people such as Elvis Presely.I recorded under the name I later recorded for the the poplular King label known for James Brown and others. In England I recorded for the major Polydor label, the Beatles very first label. During this time I also attended Marion College and Indiana University with AB and MBA degrees. In 2002 I was inductee # 200 into the Rockabilly Hall of Fame.
