After I finally graduated (thanks to Karen Robbins) I enlisted in he army with the "Tiger Platoon" if you remember , the radio station WGH sponsored a Tiger Platoon every year for a few years during the Viet Nam conflict, guys from the tidewater area enlisted together and trained together, we kicked butt and set records for training then. I went to " The Nam" spent my year in Army Aviation" survived it and returned to my high school sweetheart Karen Robbins and married, still married to her 43 yrs later and looking forward to the next 43. We make all the reunions and we still look the same as we did in the day.
