Test Manager on GPS resulting in returning the system to development to improve worldwide coverage and operational support. Lead on STS-28 Payload. Created first world-wide ground system that did not require separate AF logistic support; 99.9% availability over 10 year life. Can’t mention most of the programs worked on, but they all support National Defense.
