Entered into service in May of 2001. Assigned to a guided missle destroyer in San Diego, CA. Performed operations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan), and participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom in March of 2003. Ended service in 2006

Designated as Aerospace Physiologist #125. Trained military aircrew personnel and VIPs in aviation physiology, water survival,ejection seat/parachute training, inflight visual illusions/spatial disorientation, and many other topics. Also flew in helicopters, jet, and propellor aircraft as a secondary duty in order to experience the stresses of flight on military aircrew personnel. Graduated from: 6-month Naval Flight Surgeon program, Naval War College, Aviation Safety Officer program, and Plans/Operations/Medical Intelligence program. Took early retirement under Temporary Early Authorization Act of 1996

Worked on fighter and bomber aircraft for 12 years. Finished my career as a recruiter. Recruited enlisted and medical programs in Chicago. Moved to Utah as a recruiting trainer. Transfered back to Chicago as a area supervisor. Moved to Michigan as the Operations Chief for the state. Retired in 2002
