Ricky was my best friend at Fleming and Narbonne. We lost touch of each other after high school and I learned of his death when I visited Lomita in 1970. He was a Petty Ofcr 3rd Class in River Assault Squadron 13 in Vietnam. He was killed in action on April 29, 1969, about a month after turning 21. Still miss him.
