About	BETTENDORF -- Shelley M. Walden, Bettendorf, died Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2002, at Genesis Medical Center-East Campus, Davenport. Services will be Saturday at 9 a.m. at DeRoo Funeral Home, Moline, and 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Moline. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Friday at DeRoo Funeral Home, with a Christian Wake service at 4 p.m. Shelley Crowe was born Nov. 19, 1964, in Davenport, the daughter of Charles B. and Deborah M. (Dogoda) Crowe. She married James E. Walden on June 18, 1994, in Moline. She was a teacher at Seton Catholic School, Moline, for 12 years, last working June 2002. Shelley was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church, Bettendorf. Memorials may be made to a charity of choice. Survivors include her husband, James; sister, Nancy Wells, Moline; mother, Deborah Crowe, Moline; father- and mother-in-law, Jay and Elisabeth Walden, Bettendorf; sister-in-law and spouse, Monika and Donald Park, Dequeen, Ark.; and nephews and spouse, Matthew Wells and Aaron and Kristina Leonard. Shelley was preceded in death by her father in 1997.
