About	Marian Alicia Ramirez, 59, of Moline, Illinois, died Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at home. Services are 10 a.m. Friday, July 21, 2023, at Christ the King Catholic Church, in Moline. Prior to services, cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. She was born January 30, 1964, in Moline, to Beatrice Uribe. She worked in medical billing for Medex, and had previously worked for the East Moline School District and Project Now. She loved helping out the community, she had a passion for cooking and loved cooking for others, and above all else she enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. Marian is survived by her husband, Jorge Ramirez; her children, Juan (Amy) Velez, Esperanza Velez, and Veronica (Clemente Ramos) Rico; her grandchildren, Uriana, Mili, Leslie, Javier, Ximena, and Camilia; and her sibilings, John (Leticia) Uribe, Peter (Melanie Lemon) Uribe, Sofia (Galo) Castillo, and Elizabeth (Juan) Hernadez. She is preceded her first husband, Severo Velez; and her mother, Beatrice Uribe.
