Daniel was born on Dec. 13, 1963, in Moline, the son of Phyllis and Donald Abney.
Survivors include his mother, Phyllis Abney; father, Don Abney; brothers, Dwayne, Dirk, Darren and Dale. He will be loved and missed by all.
