| About Me | I started work right out of school. College would come two years later. I had two companion careers from 1967-1977. Whitworth Water District was starting to grow and I was a part of that process up front. The fire district career came along at the same time. There wasn;t a lot of salary going on so it took two jobs to keep afloat. College became night school and weekends. Tech Schools were also included along with work. In 1977 I left the Water District and stayed with Fire 9. They were just starting to add additional career positions so it was time to once again go and grow. I have to say that I was fortunate to work on the Northside my whole career and watch and participate in the community growth.
