About Me	I am starting a whole new life in 2014. First, I am moving to Birmingham, AL in January of 2014, where I'll be undergoing gastric bypass surgery and working on improving my health. I'm doing this because I want to be there for my kids and eventual grandkids. It's time for me to LIVE, not just exist. I'll also be semi-single, as Hubby and I had a good run, but just couldn't keep it together for the ages. We aren't divorcing right away, but will live apart for the time being and try to focus on improving what we lack in our own selves. I am blessed with two incredible children, Dominic, 23, and Abby, 2 1/2. They are my raison d'etre and my inspiration in life. I believe in fighting for that which is important, and for those who can't fight for themselves. I aspire to contribute to Tikkun Olam, repairing the world, and planting trees in whose shade I will never sit. I am philosophically Jewish, and hope to convince the elders to let me convert this year. I love the arts; movies, music, theater, panting, writing.
