Nancy Willams Hall and I are working on planning the 45-year reunion that was suggested at the 40th reunion. We have considered having it sometime other than when the homecoming is because it is just so hot and some of us don't handle the heat as well as we used to! We are taking a poll to see if anyone would like to go on a cruise any time of the year 2016 or if anyone has any other suggestions for getting together.

Greetings to MCHS Golden Alumni! Mark your calendar for the 2014 MCHS Golden Alumni Reunion celebration on Friday August 1st. The Class of 1964 will be the honored guests. The banquet will be held at Fischer's Restaurant, 2100 W. Main, Belleville IL. There will be a cash bar from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a buffet dinner at 6:00 p.m. The total cost is $35.00 per person. A reservation form and other pertinent info were mailed and emailed earlier to all Golden Alumni. Reservations are due June 15th. Send reservations to: MCHS Golden Alumni Association, P.O. Box 305, Mascoutah IL 62258. If you have not given us an email address, consider this option. It will assist in keeping costs to a minimum. For the Class of 1964: we need your biographies if you haven't already sent yours -- please do so now to: hink4@wisperhome.com and cc: newambold@charter.net. Greetings to MCHS Golden Alumni: Have you blocked out the August 5 - August 7 dates on your calendar? Don't procrastinate. You will be missed. Now is the time to make those reservations. Complete the reservation form attached for the 40th MCHS Golden Alumni Class Reunion. This will be held on Friday August 5, 2011 at Fischer's Restaurant, 2100 W. Main, Belleville, IL. There will be a cash bar from 4:30 to 6:00 pm with dinner at 6 pm. A buffet including entrees of Fried Chicken, Honey Baked Ham, and Round of Roast Beef Au Jus will satisfy your appetite. Those needing assistance will be served at their tables by the 1960 Classmates. Photos of the honored class of 1961 will be taken directly after the meal by a Professional Photographer. Optional photos of the Class of 1961 with their guests will also be available. Price sheets will be provided. The total cost is $33.00 per person. Much of the total cost is fixed by the restaurant expenditures. However, one way to reduce total costs is through the use of more email addresses which would lower postage and printing charges. If you have not given us an email address to reach you, consider this option. Please complete the reservation form (enclosed), with your check made payable to MCHS Golden Alumni Association, PO Box 305, Mascoutah, IL 62258 by June 15 (or before). Remember, this weekend is the annual Mascoutah Homecoming and hotels fill up quickly. A list of Area Hotels was sent in the first letter so make your reservation soon.
