About Me	It's not the "destination", but the "journey" that counts. And I've had quite an adventure. I've been a High School Metal Shop teacher, an Numerical Control Programmer at Boeing, Application Engineer at Bridgeport Textron, and a Lutheran Minister in the ELCA for 19 years. Spent two years being an outdoor writer. And now... In 2010 I had some initial success at being an inventor, having had two products chosen for development by a company called Quirky. And so in July of 2011, a talented friend, Steve Goodwin, and I started a product development company called "The Cenacle Project". The term Cenacle means "Upper Room" and isn't a surprising choice when you consider both Steve and I are retired pastors. This will be an exciting new chapter in my life - one I have dreamed about since I was in my 20's. My pride and joy is my family. The Man upstairs has blessed me with a one-in-a-billion wife (Char - my greatest gift in life) and two beautiful daughters Kristin and Janine - that make a dad proud! I have a wonderful son-in-law, and my latest joy comes in the form of a little miracle named Jamison, my first grandson. (Born January 13th of 2011). Never has one man been so blessed! As I enter my upper 50's, I have decided that I am more interested in a "life-style" than a 8 to 5 "career". Life is too short not to be doing what you enjoy.
