Mariner Drama Presents....
Anyone that has ever been on the typical road trip for a family vacation will thoroughly enjoy and relate to the comedy LEAVING IOWA, written by Tim Clue and Spike Manton. Receiving rave reviews from audiences and critics, the warm and hilarious play pays tribute to "baby boomer" parents and the insane scenarios that occurred when trapped in a station wagon for the family vacation. The Chicago Sun-Times and the Detroit Free Press have given this show both "high recommendations" and "four stars". Its original premiere was at Jeff Daniel's Purple Rose Theater in Chelsea, Michigan. Now this "must-see comedy" comes to the East China Performing Arts Center as it is presented by Mariner Drama on Thursday, March 5 and Saturday, March 7 at 7:00 p.m. Tickets for this wonderful, family evening of theater are only $8.00 for all seats. Anyone with questions may contact 810 676 1992.
