Willie W. Branch, Jr.
Class of 1970
This young man grew up in Third Ward where my parents, Willie W. Branch, Sr., and Doris Branch raised him on Truxillo St. Spent 12 years serving in the US Navy and later entered the ministry serving the African Methodist Episcopal Church, where I am now the Pastor of Historic New Bethel African Methodist Episcoapl Church in Ormond Beach, Florida. I am the proud parent of Miss Yates 1995, Rosalind Branch and the Father-in-law of Mr. Yates 1995 Ishmeal Muhammad. While at Yates my nickname was and still is "Buster", I am now known as Rev. Buster in certain circles.
