About	Selden Ellsworth Winder II, son of the late Selden Ellsworth Winder I and Barbara Berry Winder, was born on August 16, 1968 in Norfolk, Virginia. Equal parts intelligent and equal parts humorous, he brought a tremendous amount of joy to those who loved him. Selden graduated from Indian River High School in Chesapeake, Virginia in 1986. He attended Norfolk State University on a full scholarship playing catcher on the baseball team. While at NSU, he won Catcher of the Year at the CIAA Tournament. Everyone who knew him, knew how much he loved playing baseball. It was his true passion. He graduated with a degree in Electronic Technology in 1990. The last few years, he has worked with Diligent Delivery Systems as an independent contractor. His supervisor and colleagues have heavily praised his work ethic and reliability. Selden is survived by his sister Patrice Winder, aunt Luvenia Goolsby, cousins Bettina Goolsby and Gina Berry, and a host of friends who loved him dearly.
