Psalm 46:1 On Tuesday, August 8, 2023, Darrell Lee Carr, peacefully answered the call of the Master and went home to be with the Lord. Darrell was born in Norfolk, VA to Mr. Lewis S. Carr, Jr. and Ms. Carolyn Morgan Carr. Darrell was a graduate of Indian River High School.
