Kathleen “Kay” V. Dumas, age 90, of Hobart, formerly of Gary, passed away on December 4, 2015.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was a graduate of Horace Mann High School, Class of 1943.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years – Frederick, Jr.; brother – Theodore Myers; sister in law - Chris Myers.
Kathleen is survived by her children – Dennis W. (Joan Ring-Dumas); Frederick J. (Debra J.) Dumas III, Gregory J. Dumas, Kathy R. (David L.) Johnson, Jr.; grandchildren – Jenna R. (Nathan V.) Bell, Ashley K. and Kate F. Johnson; great granddaughter – Avalyn K. Bell; sister – Delores (Art) Marshall; two step-grandchildren – Darby and Krista; four step-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
