Jack fell in front yard in September 2019; fractured ball in hip and had a stroke during hip replacement surgery making him immobile. He was in and out of 4 assisted living over last 4 years and finally moved to Lady Lake Senior Living in Lady Lake, FL where he was admitted to Memory Care from where he passed.

Military honors ceremony scheduled for Thursday, May 16th at 1:30 PM at Great Lakes Vietnam Memorial Cemetery in Holly, MI.
