About	Stephen T. Blackey, 55, passed away on Tuesday, July 12 at the Lakeview House Nursing Home in Haverhill surrounded by his loving family. He worked as a laborer in construction for many years. Stephen was an avid NASCAR fan and loved to play horseshoes. He could be seen riding around town on his bicycle or hanging with his dog. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
