About	Eric was shot accidently by his friend Ross Tucker at a house party in Haverhill. Ross was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter, possession of a fire arm and being under the influence of alcohol and marijuana. He was sentenced to 7-10 years in state prison. Eric was 25 at the time of his death.
