About	James died at Holy Family Hospital, Methuen, after having been stricken at home. James severed in the naval reserve for eight years. For thirty years he was a supervisor at Western Electric and AT &T. Besides his wife, James had three children, including Jean who predeceased him in 1984. He had seven grandchildren.
