Richard was a Warrant Officer Private during World War II. He was married to Pauline Johnson (HHS' 40) They had two children: Jan (1948-1984) and Patti Ryan (HHS' 81). Richard worked most of hos life at Western Electric and the AT & T as quality inspector.
