Born August 14, 1952 to Helen and Daniel Webb in Cleveland, Ohio. Graduated from Glenville High School and earned a Bachelor of Science from Central State University and a Master of Science from the University of Cincinnati. While at Central State he met former wife Bonnie and they had a son, Marcel.
Nicknames for Danny were Dan Jr., Sugar Bear, Shug and Danny Webb. Danny was by most accounts quite popular, best dressed, a hand-dance master and the life of the party. He was voted "Most Loquacious" and could converse on any topic. In addition to a son, Marcel, his grandson Elijah, his siblings Howard, Juanita, Anthony, and Scotty, close nephew Derrick, his aunts Archie Mae, Betty and Gail.

Juanita Connors Phillips was member of the Glenville Class of 1970. She participated on 20 Year and 25 Year reunion committees and planned to help with the 45th reunion at the time of her passing. While working she was an administrative assistant to Congressman Louis Stokes in the Cleveland office. Her services were held at New Life at Calvary on July 14, 2014

Lonnie Lee was born August 9, 1951 and he attended Glenville High School graduating in 1970. He went on to attend Ohio University. He also attended Tuskegee Institute obtaining his bachelors degree and a Master's degree in Library Science. He worked a number of years at the Fulton County library in Atlanta, Georgia. Lonnie retired in 1999 and returned to Cleveland rededicating himself at East Mt. Zion Baptist Church where he was active in numerous ministries. His services were held there on Saturday, September 22, 2012.

Paula was born on June 5, 1952 and was a member of the Glenville High Class of 1970. She was an Occupational Therapist by profession and worked at Cleveland Veterans Hospital for 34 years. Paula loved the Lord and was baptized at Holy Trinity Baptist Church. Paula's services were held Saturday, August 12, 2006 at the House of Wills on Harvard Avenue.

Rexford "Jackie Boy" Thomas was the oldest of Author Jr and Mattie Thomas born May 12, 1951. Brother Author III(deceased) and Sedric. Voted Most Popular by the Senior Class he ran track and lead Glenville to a State Championship in the relay and hurdle. He played tuba in the marching band. He attended Bowling Green U. and joined Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Epsilon Theta Chapter. He was a 3rd Degree black belt and taught martial arts, night school and Sunday school classes at Greater Abyssinia Baptist Church. He battled MS for 25 years. He is survived by a son, Myron Sr, 5 grandchildren, a great-granddaughter, Shirley Thomas & their daughter Mei-Li and brother Sedric other family and friends.

Husband of Donna Morgan (Derganc); devoted father of Ronald Morgan, Jr., and Tonya Morgan-Abrams; loving son of Muriel Morgan-Barnes, and the late James Leonard Morgan of OH; dear brother of Oretha Barnett of Ohio; dear nephew of Nathaniel Veale of Ohio; and a wonderful friend to many. Ronald was a 1962 graduate of Glenville High School in Cleveland, Ohio, a 1978 graduate of Cuyahoga Community College with an Associate of Arts degree, in addition to an Associate in Applied Science Degree from the Cleveland Institute of Electronics. Resident of University Heights, Ohio. Ron passed away, Saturday, May 15, 2010. Wake held at the Corrigan Deighton Funeral Home, 21900 Euclid Avenue, Euclid, Ohio 44117, Friday, May 21, 2010, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services at the New Sardis Primitive Baptist Church, 3474 E. 147th Street (Off Kinsman), Cleveland, Ohio 44120, Saturday, May 22, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. Interment immediately following at Highland Park Cemetery, 21400 Chagrin Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44122. Son David interested in Glenville after reading about "Superboys" and hearing from his father about Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster. Father's exact class/graduation date unsure. Much information online but couldn't find mention of Sam Schechter nor his yearbook photo.. If anyone from that era has information or knew my father, info appreciated. schechterd at gmail.com
Sam ran track; recalls meet against Jesse Owens of East Tech. Sam from a large family and a number of Glenville alumni (Emanuel 1927, Abe 1930 found in yearbooks online, others).
