| About | Gary was a co-captain that took the undefeated Farmingdale High School football team to their state championship in 1971. He went to Union College in New York and later, pursued a career in teaching writing, acting, play and screen writing, and theater in New York City. He married artist and writer Karen Katz and have a daughter, granddaughter, and son-in-law. |
| Events | Gary requested a celebration of life at their upstate home. Family, friends, and some member of the football team shared stories, tears, love, and food all afternoon on a warm Fall day. |
